It sounds great to say that you give 100% of yourself to your partner, your relationship but in reality doing so will only causes problems. By giving everything, you become codependent, you are nothing without that relationship and if there comes a time you need to risk your relationship to maintain your morals, be truthful or protect yourself, you won’t have anything left.
